    Your gift directly benefits Audubon’s work in Mississippi to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity. Our education and conservation programs are located near the upland hardwood forests of Holly Springs, coastal marshes of Moss Point, and the Mississippi River in Vicksburg.

    Do you like being outdoors, have a love for environmental science and enjoy teaching people about nature? Would you be interested in giving history tours through an antebellum home? Or simply greeting visitors? Maybe you would like to be an insider at one of Audubon's biggest festivals, the Hummingbird Migration Celebration? Volunteering with Strawberry Plains is an excellent way to give back to your community and a great place to share and gain valuable skills.

    Please help Audubon spread the word about the importance and value of healthy watersheds and how everyone can help protect them for humans and wildlife. Your support of the education and conservation programs provided through the Pascagoula River Audubon Center will help us “connect people with nature” in one of the last free-flowing river systems in the contiguous United States.
